A Car Finance Loans is simply a way for you to go about paying for the car that you are looking to purchase. You are going to take out a car loan from a financial lending company and bring it to the car dealership with you. The reason for going about doing this is because the moment that you bring your own Used Car Finance to a car dealership you are then considered what is known as any cash buyer in that you can buy the car pretty much out right from them just as if you are paying for it in cash in the first place. You can then you should car finance in order to either buy the car that you want from them or you can also use it to lease a car through them.

If you happen to have gone through the process of buying a car in your past then you more than likely know how a car salesman is going to work with you. The first thing that they would go about doing is checking your credit score through their third party financing company before they ever begin to negotiate on a fair price for the car that you are looking to purchase a car finance with you. The moment they go about doing this they are going to then offer you a supposedly special finance deals in any attempt to make you buy the car and finance it through their own third party financing car finance solutions. This is something that you are going to want to avoid like the plague and is going to end up making you pay a lot more money down the line in the future on the car that you desire simply because you did not take the time and energy to do all the research that is required before getting yourself a car finance that you need.

Have you ever thought about refinancing your current car loan? In the past few years, automotive refinancing has become more and more popular – especially as the interest rates that independent used car dealers and even new car dealerships charge continue to go up. There is something you can do about it. You can decide to stop these higher payments now and opt for car refinance to bring your payments down. After reading this article, you may be interested in automobile refinancing for a new car that you have just purchased recently, or auto refinance for a used car.

There a few reasons why someone may want to refinance their auto loan. First, depending on your financial situation when you first applied for a car loan, you may have taken a “no credit” or “bad credit” Car Financing at a very high interest rate. If you have made on-time payments since, and possibly have other good credit marks from other companies (credit cards, mortgage, utilities, and others that report to the three major credit agencies – Equifax, Trans Union, and Experian), then regardless of your previous bad credit history, an auto refinancing loan can probably get you a much lower rate than you are paying now. In this way, diligent payments and hard work to clean up or create a good credit history to start with will pay off by giving you a much more affordable payment now.

Another reason why some people may be in the market for car loan refinancing may be that they had made a mistake when purchasing their vehicle to start with. Maybe a high-pressure salesman put them in a new car that is far too expensive for their current income. (This can happen easily and it is why it is a good reason to have the car in mind that you want to buy before you go to the dealer’s lot.) Or, because of poor credit, an auto loan with a very high interest rate was given. Often dealerships will take advantage of people in these circumstances and try to give them the highest interest rate possible, sometimes more than 25%! As people are pressured to make a decision on the spot, many times they take the bad loan to be able to drive away immediately, only to be sorry after they see how much the high payments will really impact their lifestyle.

If someone has good credit and they are looking for the lowest rate, Car Financing is a simple matter. There are many companies to choose from and most can offer you a much lower rate than you are paying now. However, you absolutely can also refinance a car with poor credit. Auto refinance with bankruptcy or repossession, while it can be a challenge, is possible and there are many companies out there to work with. Online car refinance lenders are typically able to help most people out of their bad credit car loans and into an auto refinance loan that more adequately matches their needs.

Most classic car collectors (me included) have always maintained that a 4-door sedan wasn't really a classic car. Usually the argument was about the styling and desirablility. A popular argument has alway been "just because it's old

doesn't make it a classic". This is likely still true but all older cars that have been restored may be viewed as a classic car to some degree. It's true that a coupe or convertible is

going to be more desirable than a 4-door in most cases, but later I'll give you some reasons why a 4-door might be the way to go.

In this article classic cars will basically be a catchall name for all the cars that I'm discussing here, so bear with me.

Here is a brief trip through history to try and explain how the 4-door kind of got shoved aside as a classic car. If someone is restoring or making a street rod from the twenties, thirties or

forties car a 4-door is sometimes more desirable than a roadster or a coupe. This is due to utility being very important as a lot of owners like to cruise with their family and friends.

In 1949 there was a big change as most cars now came with rear seats and could carry four or more people in comfort, so there wasn't much reason to choose the utility of a sedan over a coupe or convertible. With the utility factor gone buyers started buying classic cars based on desirability. This really kicked into high gear when the hardtops became the hot ticket in the

early fifties.

When the muscle car era began in 1964 almost no one looking for a muscle car ordered a 4-door because muscle cars were built on the premise of low weight and high horsepower. Today most

buyers would prefer a car from 1964 to 1972 to be a muscle car or at least have the appearance of one which of course excludes the 4-doors.

As I'm writing this I'm beginning to be a little more tolerant of 4-doors than I was yesterday. This started this morning as I approached a 1966 Chevelle Malibu from the rear and saying to

myself "that's a good looking classic car" and then as I passed I said "too bad it's a 4-door". Shortly after the "different strokes for different folks syndrome" kicked in and I started

thinking, there must be some reasons why a 4-door would be a good car to own and by golly I thought of some. Even though a 4-door (even a 4-door hardtop) will never have style of a hardtop or

a convertible there are a number of reasons why they are a good deal. Here they are:

1. First of all, the price is going to be much less than a hardtop, sometimes as much as 50% less, mainly because they are less desirable.

2.Secondly many 4-doors are still original. A lot of them will be one or two owner cars and likely be low milage. Many will be passed down from parents and will be in very good condition. This is a plus as there will be less expense for restoration and you can put your own touches on it.

3. Third the utility is greater in a 4-door because of the back doors letting people get in and out easier plus there will be more leg room. Kids, wives and older people will appreciate this.

4. Fourth your insurance will likely cost less than the sportier cars as the insurance company will know that someone who buys a 4-door will likely be a safer driver because it'll probably be a family car.

5. Fifth the operating cost most likely be less because most of the 4-door cars had smaller engines and most had automatic transmissions.

This in itself will keep the desire to hotrod down to a minimum which will save money in gas and parts.

6. Sixth and probably most important is the fact that the wife will be much more receptive to your buying a classic car if you can explain how the whole family can go cruising instead of just you and your buddy. I speak from experience.

There are likely more reasons for someone to buy a 4-door but I can't think of them right now. If you have any let me know and I update this

article it the future.

Deciding whether to buy a new or a used car can be difficult. When considering your options, which of these three do you fall under:

1. I am looking for a particular car, and am not concerned with its depreciated value over time.

2. I am looking for a balance between investment value and features/preferences.

3. I am looking for a car that will retain the highest value possible over time.

There are distinct advantages and disadvantages no matter which way you choose to go. But let's look at my recommendations based on the above categories. If you fall into Category 1, you should buy a new car, and drive it for years to come. The key thing here is, that you do not sell you car within the first two years, as new cars lose 60-70% of their value during this time. You should expect less maintenance costs with a new car, but I highly recommend obtaining a great warranty package as well to further reduce your maintenance costs, the point being that since you will be making a car payment, you want to have as few unforeseen costs as possible.

If you fall into Category 2, your decision is the toughest. You will most likely want to buy a used car, looking to take advantage of the first owner's loss in value, but not too old (maybe only 2-4 years old). But, you also have preferences, such as how large the vehicle needs to be to suit your family, bad weather performance capabilities, gas mileage, and aesthetics like color, interior type, etc. This will instantly narrow your list of potential candidates to choose from, and you may want to consider buying a dealer authorized pre-owned vehicle. You may still end up with a car payment, but you will have the satisfaction of retaining the value of your vehicle longer, and the advantage of a dealer warranty and inspection/guarantee. For many middle income families, this is a very popular and often chosen method.

Category 3 is where I fall. This type of person is looking for maximum value and Return-On-Investment (ROI). They will buy an old car (I usually buy cars that are 10-15 years old) that has high mileage and only a small blue book value. Many times I will buy my cars for around $2,000-$3,000 in cash. I have no car payments, high gas mileage, and low car insurance costs because old cars aren't worth much. Maintenance costs tend to be a little higher, but still far less than a car payment every month. The key here is to choose a reliable vehicle, and my personal preference is to go with small 4 cylinder Hondas. My last Honda Civic lasted about 3-4 years and was pretty reliable, with only a handful of maintenance problems. Hondas run forever (many people putting 200,000+ miles on them) and are known for their lack of maintenance nightmares.

In closing, I recommend buying an old used car, paying with cash, and driving the car for as long as possible. You will be able to take advantage of someone else losing all the value of the car due to depreciation, you will not have a car payment, and your car insurance costs will be less due to the lower value of the vehicle. It just makes the best sense financially speaking.

A car loan is simply a way for you to go about paying for the car that you are looking to purchase. You are going to take out a car loan from a financial lending company and bring it to the car dealership with you. The reason for going about doing this is because the moment that you bring your own New Car Finance to a car dealership you are then considered what is known as any cash buyer in that you can buy the car pretty much out right from them just as if you are paying for it in cash in the first place. You can then you should car finance in order to either buy the car that you want from them or you can also use it to lease a car through them.

When you go about getting yourself a great deal on the type of used cars that is going to last you for a long period of time you might end up thinking that it's something that is based upon a roll of the dice or something to that extent. The reality is however that it really depends on each exact amount of time and research that you are willing to put in to in order to empower yourself with the knowledge that is required in order to get the best possible deal on a New Car Loan that you can get for yourself. The bad credit used car loan that you will end up getting for yourself really is going to end up helping you get a very easy to manage and budget priced because the monthly payments are going to be fairly lower than at what you would normally expect from a car dealership as well as the interest rates on it should also be considerably lower than what you would get from used car dealerships. The reason you and make sure that you do this actually correctly is because you not want to end up having to get locked in to why it is known as an upside down car loan. This is aware you end up having your New Car Loan being worth more than what the price on a used car but you are trying to purchase or are purchasing it is. You should not be afraid about this though because there are a few different things you can do that can guide you in finding yourself the best financial deal on a bad credit used car loan.

Restoring a classic car back into its elegant shape is just the beginning of your hard work. In order to retain the value of the car and to keep it in proper shape, you need to engage in maintenance work.

Maintenance is the part that's most often overlooked by classic car owners. Some may think that cleaning and detailing a car is as simple as washing it and waxing away. The truth is, improper practices might lead to a degradation of your car. In order to avoid that, just read and keep in mind this very simple guide to maintaining your classic.

1. Do keep a schedule for maintenance work. You don't need to do it everyday, since it might take up a lot of time. Once a week will be fine for light maintenance like surface-cleaning the exterior, and twice or once a month for vacuuming, applying wax, polishing, and cleaning your engine.

2. Do wash your car first. If you apply polishers or wax on a dusted car, there's a good chance that you'll ruin the paint. Use great cleaning products that wash and catch dirt and dust, while still being pH-balanced.

3. Don't air-dry the classic car. If you air-dry the car, you will find yourself in a bigger mess than what you possibly have started with. Water-spots will form. Use cotton detailing cloths and wipe off the excess water. These cloths are non-abrasive, and could soak up water real good.

4. Don't use silicone-based protectants when cleaning the rubber and vinyl of the interior. Silicone-based protectants leave oily residues which serves as a magnet to dust. Use water-based protectants instead.

5. Do clean every inch of your interior, even the vents. Use a small brush specialized for cleaning the small parts of the car. Any other brush will just leave hairs behind, and could probably clog up a vent. And don't forget the floor mats–shake them off and vacuum-clean them.

6. Don't use polishers unless the paint won't shine even with all the cleaning. Polishers work by ‘scraping' off the surface paint, thus revealing a new layer. If you use it too often, the paint will thin down too much.

7. Do wax the car, especially after polishing. Wax protects your classic car's paint. What would be better is if you apply a paint sealant first, and apply car wax after. This will protect your car for a good two months at the least, and if your sealant is a good one, maybe even up to six months. (But of course, you still need to clean your car.)

8. Do clean your engine. Degrease the engine first with a good engine degreaser, and wash it using a specialized engine brush and cleaning formulations. Dry your engine afterwards, and apply wax and protectants.

9. Do clean the glass last. This is to avoid re-contaminating it when cleaning the other parts of the classic car. Look for cleaners which are free from ammonia. Household glass cleaners are a big no-no. They contain ammonia, which dries out leather, plastic, and vinyl. Not too good for the other parts of your car, or the glass itself especially if it's tinted.

10. Don't clean your car while it's still hot. Make sure that the engine is cool, and the paint has not been exposed in the sun for too long. Cleaning a hot car will only be more damaging.

11. And finally, do use a properly fitted car cover to protect it from weather effects and dust. An enclosed garage is not enough. Car covers will make your paint last longer, as well as keep dust and bugs away. It will save you much time, as you won't need to clean your car as frequently.

Maintenance is a lot of hard work, but it really pays off. Follow these simple maintenance tips for your classic car, and you will surely have a dazzlin' and shinin' ride.
